Owner and pastry chef, Ben Woods (above), is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked in kitchens in Georgia, Portland, and England while aspiring to open his own café. Ben decided to come home to Cleveland, Ohio to put his dreams to action. Fluffy Duck Café is now open on the bottom floor of the luxury Innova Living apartments located across from the Main Campus of the Cleveland Clinic on Chester Avenue.
Fluffy Duck serves pastry and breads freshly baked every morning in state of the art equipment. The open kitchen concept allows you to see the baking process from start to finish. A La Marzocco espresso machine sits on the counter where Madcap coffee beans are used to make excellent cappuccinos, lattes, macchiato and much more.
The menu changes with the seasons in order to use the freshest ingredients provided by local farms.
